Information and Communication technology in the primary school is concerned with children using and applying different tools and information sources. This includes the general use of computers to access information, programmable robots, software programming including logic and algorithms, desktop publishing, web publishing as well as the operation of digital and video cameras and managing that media.
The children have opportunities to work individually and in small groups. Computers can be used before school begins, during break times and at lunch times with the permission of the class teachers. Our school computers are protected in that we only have access to sites suitable for children.
